Holiday Gift Gallery  ~  November 15- January 6, 2013

This is our 11th annual holiday show, a successful all-volunteer event,  which provides a juried venue for artists to sell their work. This is the show to enter if you want your work snatched up by discerning shoppers. The Healdsburg Center for the Arts annual Holiday Gift Galley is a must attend for everyone in the Sonoma Wine Country, locals and visitors.

Small to large, wonderfully priced, one of a kind art pieces are what everyone is looking for to fill their stockings and put under their trees. We’re looking for high-quality, functional, wearable, gift appropriate crafts in ceramic, glass, metal, jewelry, textiles, wood or holiday themed.  Paintings or photographs should be small format. Enter your work so you will be part of this year’s wonderful, 10th annual show.

Art Center proceeds helps  to provide funds for grants to local school art programs, and year-round community art events.

SHOW DATES & TIMES:
Thursday, November 15, 2012 through Sunday, January 6, 2013
Opening Reception:  Friday evening, November 16, 5-7 pm

JURY PROCESS:
Application available:  mid July 2012

Qualifications: Accepting applications for high-quality, functional, wearable and gift-appropriate crafts in ceramic, glass, metal, jewelry , paper, textiles, wood or holiday-themed. Paintings or photographs should be small format.  A separate application form and space fee is required for each media to which you apply; i.e. If you do both ceramics  and jewelry require each requires a separate applications with appropriate fee enclosed.

Display: The art center  provides wall space and pedestals.   Other display requirements are provided by the artist (  ie jewelry cases)

Application Fee: $15 (non-refundable)

Space Fees :
$75 – Full Space (Floor or Wall - wall is 4’ wide x 8’ tall; floor space approx. 4’W x 3’D.
$45 – Half space (i.e.  small basket; ½ shelf)
$25 – Cards only

Commission :  70% to the artist ; 30% to Healdsburg Center for the Arts

Take-down & Pick up work:  dates posted in mid July 2012

Artists who are accepted for the show will be sent detailed information about inventory, and displaying work.
